Plastic innovations operates two buildings totalling 30,000 square feet on 4.5 acres, along with a 10,000 square foot facility in California. Plastic Innovations specializes in closed-loop recycling, which generates feedstocks for their six extruders. Their primary proprietary product line is sheet lifters and related items.

Plastic Innovations is a major long term recycler partner with Eastman Kodak Company. Kodak's film waste and single use camera components are recycled into high quality resins which are re-introduced into injection molding and profile extrusion applications.
